EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL INTERESTS

Craig M. Kuhary has over 20 years of experience in criminal and appellate litigation in Waukesha County as well as most of Southeastern Wisconsin. He has learned that not only are results important to clients, but also communication. A simple return phone call to a client can be worth its weight in gold. Craig prides himself in being able to analyze his clients’ needs and present them with a clearly focused game plan for achieving positive results.

Craig has experience with almost every type of criminal and civil ordinance violation – everything from routine traffic citations to first-degree intentional homicide. He has also been fortunate to have been involved in several significant appellate decisions in both the Supreme Court of Wisconsin as well as the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

Craig offers a free consultation in all matters and would be more than happy to assist you in meeting your legal objectives.
