EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL INTERESTS

Kurt M. Schuster has been actively practicing divorce law since 1983 in the Waukesha County Circuit Court.  Kurt understands the difficult experience of divorce and especially the impact of divorce on children. Kurt’s expertise in this area is recognized by his treatment of clients with honesty and frankness and the recognition given him by the Family Court Judges in Waukesha County, who frequently ask him to serve as Guardian ad Litem to protect the interests of children.

In addition, Kurt involves himself in the practice of criminal and related traffic and driving offense matters in the Circuit Court of Waukesha County.  For those charged in these areas, he treats the client as he does in his family law practice: with a sense of honesty and frankness, as is required for the practice of law in this area.
